Your orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Once we have prepared your order (they are all limited edition so connect us before if you want to have one of the out of stocks) we will process your shipping and you can follow the tracking code by the e-mail we have sent.
If you didn't receive an e-mail with tracking details after 2 days of placing your order or if you have any trouble about your orders please contact us:
Turkey: Orders would be delivered 2-3 days after shipping (except the force majeure)
International: Deliveries may take time depend on which country you have been. Considering occasional customs or courier delays, it takes up to 13-15 days to the longest distances.
*We are not responsible about the issues (customs procedures and situations where the courier company is responsible) beyond our control. In general you/receiver should be at the address you specified and a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.
