For full price items purchased from the online O'Clotho Store, we accept returns in original/unworn condition, within 14 days of purchase, on original payment method to receive a full refund.

Returns should be:
Unworn 
Non label off
Without any smell or taint 
Undamaged 
etc.

Send an email to "info.oclotho@gmail.com" with your design name, with the photo references (if possible) that shows the reason you want to return or write.

All returns must be sent via the same courier company that we shipped before and paid for by the customer.
